Starters

Stuffed field Mushrooms with mozzarella cheese, red onion and bread crumbs, served with balsamic dressing .

Chicken Liver Pate served with crusty bread and a red onion marmalade.

Italian Panzanella salad,  chucks of roasted bread, leaves, ripe tomatoes, olives and buffalo mozzarella cheese bound with a dressing.

 

Mains

Pork Filettino, a pork loin marinaded in rosemary, garlic and sages, roasted with Mediterranean vegetables and finished with a Dijon cream pepper sauce.

Tortellini with Ricotta and spinach V  Fresh tortellini with ricotta and spinach, served with a tomato Napolise region sauce.

Roasted Chicken breast stuffed with leek and served with steamed vegetables and potatoes and served with a herb white wine cream sauce.
